While daily cleaning maintains the surface, our PPM program is designed for deep-level preservation. We cover the following specialized service areas on a pre-set maintenance schedule:

• Restorative Floor Care: Beyond mopping, this includes stripping, resealing, and diamond-pad polishing to protect high-traffic hard surfaces from permanent scratching.

• High-Level & Structural Dusting: Removing dust and allergens from beams, pipes, and light fixtures above 2 meters to prevent “dust-fall” and maintain air quality.

• Deep Carpet Rejuvenation: Utilizing hot water extraction and pile lifting to remove deep-seated grit that acts like sandpaper on carpet fibers, extending the floor’s life.

• HVAC Vent & Diffuser Sanitation: A periodic deep-clean of external ventilation grills and diffusers to prevent the buildup of black carbon dust and mold spores.

• Washroom “Hygiene Reset”: An intensive chemical deep-scrub of all floor-to-ceiling tiles, grout lines, and descaling of hardware to eliminate bacteria colonies.

• Upholstery & Fabric Maintenance: Deep steam cleaning of office chairs, acoustic panels, and dividers to remove oils, odors, and environmental pollutants.
