Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed maintenance booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will incur a cancellation fee of £20.
On-Site Access & Service Policy
If we arrive on-site for a scheduled maintenance appointment and are unable to perform the work due to circumstances outside of our control, a minimum £20 call-out fee will be charged. This includes situations where access to the site or equipment is not provided as agreed upon.
Fixed-Rate & After-Hours Bookings
For all fixed-rate maintenance bookings, as well as any booking scheduled after 6:00 PM on a weekday or at any time on a Saturday or Sunday, we reserve the right to charge the full estimated value of the service if the appointment is canceled, rescheduled, or we are unable to complete the work a
